Questions, answered
Everything tradespeople ask before they switch on their first agent.
No. You keep your existing number. Back-Talk gives your agent its own line and forwards your calls to it only when you do not pick up.
You tell it your trade, your greeting, and a few details about how you talk when you set it up. It handles the common questions from there and hands off anything it is unsure about.
You decide. How fast it replies is a setting, not a fixed number. Fast enough to reach someone before they call the next name on the list, slow enough that it reads like a person rather than a machine that fired instantly.
You decide that too. Your agent can stay quiet outside your hours, or flag urgent callers and try your forwarding numbers so a real emergency still reaches you.
Yes. It offers your real availability and drops confirmed appointments onto your schedule, then texts you the details.
Yes. Turn on Compliance Mode and new contacts are asked to opt in (reply YES) before your agent continues, with opt-out handled automatically.
Each agent is billed at its own plan rate, per month. One Pro agent is $95 a month; three Pro agents is three times that. You can mix plans across agents, and you only pay for the agents you actually have switched on.
Anytime, no contracts. If a month is slow, pause it. One booked job is generally worth more than a month of a single agent.
